With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, JLVGC was built on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and quality craftsmanship.

My journey began at the ground level, helping scrap out houses and performing demolition before learning the drywall trade. Over the years, I have developed my skills in drywall installation and metal stud framing, and commercial construction, eventually advancing to journeymen and later superintendent, where I managed crews and oversaw commercial construction and tenant improvement projects from start to finish.

Those three decades in the field taught me the importance of doing the job right the first time, communicating honestly, and treating every project with same level of care and professionalism-whether it’s a small repair or a large commercial build-out.

Today, JLVGC proudly provides tenant improvements, metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, demolition, property maintenance, window cleaning, and junk removal throughout the Sacramento area. We serve homeowners, business, property managers, and general contractors with dependable service and quality workmanship they can count on.
